Ilaria was a fantastic tour guide for our visit to Florence. Super knowledgeable and provided insight and visit tips we never would have obtained on our own.

This tour was fantastic. We found that the time allocated to visit the sights and the Pisa tower, including taking lots of photos taken was enough. We climbed to the top of the tower at our allocated time and we had a lot of time...More

This was a very long day and not up to expectations. The bus trip was fine yet the guide's English was sometimes difficult to understand. Plus she kept talking, repeating over and over, adding nothing new. We really would have preferred she tell us a...More

I paid for the 'skip the line with audio pen'. A quarter of the way through, the audio pen completely stopped working, the battery had died. What they don't tell you is that you have to return the audio pens 15 minutes walk away from...More

Arrived. Rep found reservation easily enough. Then told me to go get in this line. I thought I paid for “skip the line.”

Beautiful museum.... too many people allowed in at a time... pure money grab. The skip the line tickets were as advertised and it was easy to meet the tour operator.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
