DOLPHIN OBSERVATION

Dolphin Watching is one of the most requested trips. Dolphins have lived free in Golfo Aranci for a long time and now recognize our boats. It starts from the MARINA DI OLBIA port and we make a tour to the Capo Ceraso and Tavolara islands. We visit the Doctor's Beach and stop for snorkeling. . In our excursions we offer a good aperitif on board based on always fresh Sardinian ingredients. We make numerous stops to enjoy the beautiful sea of Sardinia and take many baths to cool off after sunbathing. Furthermore, on the islet of Figarolo, among the Mediterranean scrub, it is often possible to spot the mouflons that permanently populate the island and, in the period of late summer, the gray herons.
We have experience in the field of boat trips for a long time, our excursion is now known as one of the best trips to do in Olbia and Golfo Aranci. We are waiting for you on board. Happy holiday

I think one star is still too much for this place. Terrible smell and the animals live in the captivity of small and dirty tanks. A few fish seemed blind and there were rotting fishes on the bottom too. I regret spending 16€ here and pity the animals that are held here.

We found small yellow discount tickets to visit the Aquarium in our hotel lobby and decided to give it a try. The entrance alone is a dead giveaway of the horror show inside. The water features on the side of the steps leading to the Aquarium were encrusted with webs, dirt and stagnant water. You can only imagine what the tanks are like inside. The fish have overgrown their tanks, the water inside is absolutely filthy. The green sea serpent that you can see from photos of reviews dating back in 2008, is STILL there, STILL jammed in the same torturous position 10 years later!!! We had a few words with the attendant outside who didn't really seem to care much other than selling tickets. I really hope the locals work towards shutting this place down. It is absolutely inhumane and cruel to treat animals that way.

We saw that the reviews weren't very good but still gave it a go as my toddler was keen. Unfortunately I think we would have been better listening to the reviews. The aquarium was overpriced, dirty (tanks were filthy and dead cockroaches all over the floor) and several tanks were far too small for the occupants. Even my 2 year old was commenting that it seemed cruel. We wouldn't return and wish we had just listened to the reviews to begin with.

2017 We stumbled across this aquarium not having read the reviews here. The plight of the large Moray eel in a tank so small was very upsetting, reading the reviews on here on our return and finding out that the poor creature has been incarcerated for years made it even more horrific.

Was not the most impressive collection, so it felt a bit pricy for what the attraction had to offer. At least it was a escape from the sunny streets.
