Daniela was fantastic. We were in Venice during some of its worst flooding on record and that didn't stop Daniela from giving us an amazing tour. Our hotel concierge told us that our guide would not turn up due to the flooding - but of course she did! Daniela is someone who you can 100% trust and rely upon. She is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent English and she is a delight to spend a half-day or a full-day with. I would recommend Daniela to anyone going to Venice or indeed her home town Vicenza - thank you Daniela :)

Daniela is a wonderful tour guide, perfect for architects like us! She has a deep knowledge of art and architecture and left us with a great understanding of the Palladian unique style. She was absolutely lovely, very personable, and extremely available. We'd give her six stars if we could.

We spent a few hours on a private walking tour of Vicenza with Daniela. She was simply wonderful. She's well-informed.and purposeful to be sure, but she's also quite charming and easy to be with — a perfect combination in a tour guide. (And her English is quite good — if that's important to you.) Don't miss Vicenza. And don't miss the chance to see it with Daniela.

During our recent stay in Venezia, we took a side trip by train to Vicenza to visit the city of Palladio. Before we left the States, I contacted Daniela of Gira Vicenza, and arranged a 3-hour private tour for myself and my husband on a Thursday morning. We met Daniela at the Vicenza train station exactly as planned. We then proceeded to walk into the center of the city, learning all about the rich history and culture of Vicenza and the influence of Palladio on the architecture. At one point, we needed a bit of a coffee break, and Daniela took us to her favorite pasticceria with excellent coffee and exquisite pastries. We then proceeded to make our way through the city with Daniela, and eventually ended up at the Olympic Theater. Daniela is personable, charming, well-spoken, and knowledgeable about her subject. It was a pleasure to be in her company. After our tour with Daniela, my husband and I had reservations for lunch at a local restaurant, and Daniela escorted us there as well before we said “Ciao”. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!
