An amazing place which really feels like a hidden part of Italy. Easy enough to find the car park but not very well signposted from there. The formations made by the water are amazing and each waterfall just got better and better. I was a...More
Lots of tourists for being March, but still awesome. Although it's located only 30/40 minutes away from Verona, it retains an incredible mountain-like, in-the-middle-of-nowhere feeling. The descent from car park to the entrance is probably as long & steep as the path inside the park....More
Be careful if you visit it in November, as the park is half closed for works. The view on the waterfalls and the paths are an hiking paradise, can be reached from the bottom too, but you need to be expert climbers. Be careful, as...More
The waterfall park is somewhere which can be a couple of hours or a day trip out (especially for little legs), there were three routes you could choose from, we took the middle one and spent about an hour and half there. The walk was...More
The Parco delle Cascate is pretty easy to reach by road from Verona. HEading on up into the hills, the final few kilometres climb gives you a good impression of the landscape and how these waterfalls were formed.

Be prepared for quite a long and very steep hike down to the start of the trail around the waterfalls but very well worth it. A beautiful setting and cool on what was a very hot day. Stop at the little shop selling local wine,...More

Unfortunately it is not that easy there was only one bus which was a bit late so we took a taxi and he overcharged us. Be careful book beforehand if you are taking a taxi and deal the price. Coming back we took the only bus which I think it was at about 1700hrs. It is worth going we really enjoyed it.

No swimming. Not sure when they open, I believe we got there about 10 am and they were open. You'll only spend about 1-2 hours if you're taking your time, it's not a big place but it's hard to find. Follow google GPS and then once you get there, follow the signs. There will be a parking lot across from a little restaurant with signs pointing you down to the park. It's a downhill walk, about .5 mile to get to the park entrance from the parking area.
