We went on a private 4 hour tour with Allessandro. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour side of it, and just being out on the water. Allessandro took us through canals, then across the lagoon to Burano and Murano. We didn’spend as much...More

This tour is the absolute best way to see Venice at a very reasonable price. The Gondolas are so overrated and disappointing - slow, overpriced, with hordes of tourists gawking at you. This boat tour experience wins hands down! Alessandro was very knowledgeable and happy...More

This is the best part of our stay in Venice. I tried to book just a day before and Nicolè was able to fit us in - she was reachable by email quite late at night as we were figuring out logistics so that was...More

Alessandro gave a full 4 hour tour, tailored to what we had already seen from Venice and the neighboring islands. Alessandro is friendly and very knowledgeable, the boat is very comfortable and kept in a mint condition. Highly recommending it.

Alessandro is a wonderful guide, and very knowledgable about his city. We were able to customise the laguna tour, which was very reasonably priced. 6 hours was the perfect amount of time to include a stop for lunch, and a stop for coffee. Would book...More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
