We were on 3 Island tour. Murano is the first island we visit. The guy showing us how he made a glass vase and horse. Such an amazing talent. Highly recommended.

We did this as part of a walking tour. The glass blower was fantastic and we were all mesmerized. We then went up to the factory and saw all the beautiful items.

I love Murano glass, it is a quality product. You will see the talent workers creating magic in front of your eyes but if you only have limited time in Venice this is something that can be missed.

I highly recommend visiting Murano island and a visit to the glass factory. Not sure about their prices though as I was able to find necklaces cheaper some where else.

We only saw the one glass blowing demonstration that was part of the Get Your Guide tour. It was very interesting. Could have easily spent the entire day on the island
