Beautiful historic botanic garden. Great to walk around, not very large compared to other botanic gardens. The greenhouses were amazing!

What a special place! Even in the winter, it was a wonderful spot to visit. Lots of history and an amazing, important collection. #biodiversty at its best!

We had a wonderful guide who explained the history of the gardens and characteristics of the plants to be found there. The contrast between the old part and the new is very interesting. It is certainly worth the visit to the world's first botanical garden...More
