We have visited Zermatt on a number of occasions and always loved the view of the Matterhorn but due to poor weather we have never skied onto the Italian side much to ouir annoyance. The chance to stay in Cervinia was too good to miss...More

Zermatt extension to lift pass is expensive but skiing is great and v extensive. Beware of changing weather as you wouldn't want to get caught over there by mistake

What have the Italians been allowed to do with this perfect corner of mountain paradise? Obviously the natural beauty of the area is breathtaking but the town is so unbelievably ugly. The absolute worst sort of mountain architecture. Shame on anyone who allowed this to...More

Absolutely gorgeous site. I was glad that we had a guide as this place especially the Swiss side can be extremely confusing. I would definitely return. Prices for ski lifts are very good compared to other ski resorts in the area

Breuil-Cervinia combined with Zermat, a domain that gives you a wide choice of slopes. You'll find predominantly blue and red slopes, wide and perrfectly groomed. For the advanced intermediate and expert skier there are not that many challenges. In Zermat you have some freeride slopes...More
