The Royal palace of Savoy made you thing about the huge divide between rich and poor. Lavishly covered in gold stucco it is an example of pomposity and waste. Not beautiful or tasteful. The grandeur of this smallish kingdom shows their desire to impress. The...More

The new gardens are nice, you can relax in a green area after shopping in Via Roma Try it before winter comes and enjoy the expositions that will leave you speechless Highly recommended

We visited on a gorgeous, sun-drenched day and enjoyed strolling through the adjacent grounds. Some areas were fenced off due to construction, but what we did experience was relaxing; a satisfying spell in the midst of our tour of Turin.

We decided to start our Tour of Torino with our friends here... Very impressive. It's linked to a large place ("piazza") full of monuments and history to be discovered.... There are a lot of bars and place to taste good food

The palace rooms are beautiful and well kept with amazing art, furniture and impressive chandeliers. In addition to the actual palace, you can also visit the gardens (nothing too impressive I must say) and the armoury, which is a great part of the visit.

Not sure what the current entry price is, might be worth checking. Your ticket will cover a good portion of the Palazzo including the kitchens and china but won't cover the entrance to all of the Palazzo because there are... More

When I was there in March, some bits were open and some bits were closed. Hence, check with the web site if they mean all bits and/or check with Turin tourist site / office as per previous answer
