A beautiful interior enhanced by the amazing collection of painting. the quality of the interiors gave a glimpse into the home of the wealthy of the 30's The tiny lift which we used was quite exquisite.

This flat has an art collection made by the owners during their lifetimes and it is interesting if you appreciate Italian artists such as Fontana and di Chirico. Personally I am not a fan of di Chirico, but if you are, go see this museum....More

A very special experience seeing a masterfully assembled art collection in a remarkable Art Deco apartment. Well worth an hour or so and a donation!

A charming insight into the passion for collecting, as manifested by a couple in the mid 20th century. A fantastic overview of 20th Century Italian art, and absolutely extraordinary furniture. It's free, and the custodians are welcoming and passionate about the place. When we went,...More

Although this house is included in the house museum card (4 houses in total) this one was a little pointless as it was really just about the artwork on the walls. A little bit out of the way too so not really worth the effort.

This is a fascinating apartment, giving a unique insight into 20th-century Italian art, as acquired by individuals rather than by a museum. Some of the early material tends toward the grim, and the walls are, I feel, too crowded with pictures; but there are many...More

I've been to museums 10 times the size of this place, that didn't have as much content as this once private house. Mostly paintings, from charming to explosive. The Casa Museo Boschi di Stefano should be more famous than it is. This collection is second...More

Off the beaten track and thus not crowded. This museum holds a small but lovely collection of art collected privately and now open to the public.

This free house museum is the former apartment home of a couple who collected an enormous number of works from Italian artists who were their contemporaries. The collection is impressive and definitely worth viewing. The apartment itself is also a gem, with delightful architectural design...More
