The waxwork museum was fantastic. At €4 it isn't exactly pricey, and you get what you pay for, but that's the charm of it. Half of the museum is full of highly entertaining waxworks of historical figures (some more controversial than others...), and then, with...More

Surely the negative reviews don't have a sense of humour. This isn't Madame Tussauds, it's a hilarious collection of historical characters that doesn't make sense. I think I saw Garibaldi three times. Enjoy the sheer comedy of the place and you'll have a great half...More

A light take on a wax work museum. A few characters that I didn’t expect to see in there and also some scenes that were a bit of a surprise such as the one involving Abraham Lincoln.

From the opening Churchill waxwork which I would not have guessed without a sign it got better and better. The Lincoln waxwork with John Wilkes Booth is the funniest thing I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

An interesting half-hour diversion off the beaten track. Don’t make this a priority, but it’s entertaining nevertheless. I liked the 2 or 3 torture displays, and learned more about some of the instruments used for that. The displays are in Italian only, so you’ll need...More

I went there with my 13,5-year old daughter. She was drawn by the poster in the street inviting us to visit. When we arrived, I had some double thoughts about entering, the photos at the entry didn't convince me there is some quality there. But,...More

Well that's 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back... As others have said, don't do as we did and mistake this for the Torture Museum. Absolutely terrible to the point of being hilarious if it wasn't for the fact that you actually have...More

This is just a small vax cabinet with various famous people in different settings. Like Dante, Marconi, Churchill and also some dictators.

My youngest daughter talked us into entering this 'wax museum'. It was hilarious - clearly the cheesiest thing we've done in Europe, but after so many monuments, castles and basilicas - it did the heart good to see random wax people (Lincoln (with assassin), Columbus,...More

Some of this display has the potential to be really instructive regarding Sammarinese history but the fact that captions were rudimentary and only in Italian made it almost irrelevant and some displays appeared to have nothing to do with San Marino.
