From the car park we must take a walk uphill. The plaza was not big enough. But the combination between the statue, the building and its clock tower was nice. There were many shops around the location.

There aren't many national parliament building's where you can just walk in and look round without any security. Well worth a visit. There's a short film on its history in Italian with English subtitles and they provide free Hagerstown for your coat while you walk round. The
