I wish there was a little more in the way of English translation but it was fascinating. The collection of the 1960’s works themed on Dante’s work was an added bonus

With so many impressive sites to see I went back to Ravenna for a second visit. The mosaics are marvellous and if you have the chance to go please go.

This was very interesting as they had some original mosaics as well as some copies. They also have a section with some more modern mosaics as well

If you visit Ravenna you can miss visiting this Museum. Nice attention and ancient works there. You can answer to make in Ravenna a mosaic workshop and take around in this nice city.
