Wherever you walk in Rome there are very nice fountains on almost all the major squares. They are real art works, from famous sculptors.

Rome has many beautiful fountains. A lot of these were originally designed to deliver water to Rome's population but today they are tourist attractions. There are many to see, mostly in the various piazzas in central Rome. The most famous fountain is the Trevi.
