During food tour, Stefano Paciotti & family were excellent in introducing us to Roman delicacies. Tastings from the Parma to the cheeses & balsamic vinegar was out of this world. It’s a must-see!

Paciotti Salumeria is a very fine high end Salumeria. The dried meats and cheeses are the perfect purchase for an evening happy hour with wine.
