So interesting...so much history. It’s difficult to imagine you are so far underground and that it goes a long way...no good if you get freaked out about these thing! Guide spoke really good English. Really enjoyed this. Worth the money.

We were lucky enough that our hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the catacomb, otherwise we probably wouldn't have bothered as it's quite tricky to get to. And a long walk from metro.

You cannot wander around the catacomb without a tour guide, that said we just turned up ie no prior booking and were added to a tour straight away. It was very interesting, but we were probably only in there about 30 minutes
