Perfect and simple Korean style. Food tasty 😋 and saborous😃. The restaurant is very simple but clean and worth value. If you want a Korean dish go there.

We arrived, no booking, around 10.15, paid our 10 euros, went downstairs, there was only a table with a partial view. Band started, was very good. Some nearby people moved, so we got a better seat. 10 minutes later, our waitress, I think Julia, said...More

Before leaving NYC for Rome, I went on the Big Mama webpage and made reservations for a Friday night show. We were immediately seated upon arrival (after being given cards for discounts for our next visit) to the left of the stage but with a...More

Big Mama comes highly recommended by most accounts. However, our visit was a little disappointing. The venue is mainly seated, with a clear view of the stage for many, but comfort is non-existent. Far too many tables positioned too close together, and uncomfortable seating, make...More

We found out about this little club in the Trastevere neighbourhood from a stranger on the street. Turned out to be a great find. Big Mama is a small club in a basement on a quiet side street of this bustling area. We paid 10...More

Cool atmosphere it's definitely a older place, 10 per person on the first visit but it's free after drinks are kinda expensive but there is no one crowding you.

Live Jazz! We happened upon Big Mama's while we were looking to grab a drink, listen to live music and mingle with the locals. The venue was small with character. The voice, Frances Alina Ascione, was awesome. She covered Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and she...More

We booked only 2-3 days in advance, making a reservation to attend to this concert. We had a really good time, best live concert in a while. Good Blues Club , Excellent band! Nice Gin Tonics too!

Box standard basement jazz club and we loved it! Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere made for a great evening. I would recommend A visit if you are in the neighborhood...we will visit again.

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Yes, but it is quite cheap (5-10euros, much cheaper than many clubs) and it is valid for 12 months in case you go back again (next visits will be free entry)
