This is a quite interesting bath, so big area and highly decorated as the rest of the buildings from the time. It’s impressing to see fine buildings from that period.

It is amazing to think how good their engineering was to develop these baths. The first bath was a cold bath, but the other two baths were heated. Once inside you can then see how they used technology to heat the water. Very clever!!

This is an impressive place to visit and it fires the imagination to think about how it was used. There is a crowd but it is worth it. Watch your head, there are some low doorways.

Much larger than you expect. Very impressive and must have been a wonderful place. If you cannot visit it personally definitely worth seeing historical artists impressions of what it would have looked like.

We were very pleased to avoid the crowds at Pompeii. Admission is free. You can walk through the villas in about an hour. Very interesting history!

Terrific example of Roman bath houses. Roman architecture was just amazing. There will be a crowd because it is really worth seeing. Just be patient and you get to see everything. No need to push.

This was part of Pompeiian life, the baths... still in a condition allowing one to pause, imagine and attempt to mentally see what this area was like before tragedy struck.

The baths provide a wonderful insight into Roman life. Google to see how the Romans heated the baths - really clever and interesting. Look for the gap between the walls where the heat was pumped

Baths and Romans seem to go together and this is an amazing example , and onsite into how they would spend their time. Beautiful ceiling and walls with the colours and designs still shining through nearly 2000 years after they were built. One of the...More
