The Palazzo Diomede Carafa is an interesting building with lots of history behind it, or perhaps inside it! We came across it by chance, during our walk in the streets of the city. It happened to be an "open day" on that particular day, so we walked in. There are quite a few interesting historical items on display. The intent of the creation of this place was to house important historical and archaeological artefacts. The creators have come a long way in achieving their goal. It's probably not an absolute must visit site, but worth it if you are nearby.
