Spaccanapoli is a main street in the historic centre of Napoli. It's just fun to walk along the crowded lane and observe the street life (the same can be said of much of Napoli): the vespas (motor bikes), the street vendors, the lovers, the tourists,...More

Do not take a tour! Just go, walk, enjoy! Big groups don’t work on this mostly pedestrian area. We felt safe & had a taste of real Southern Italy life. Lots of beautiful churches, cafes, gelato! Go for it!!!!

Some reviews of this area would have you believe you are taking your life in your hands visiting here. We stayed 3 nights on the Spaccanapoli and walked on it day and night. Yes it is a bit dirty, some of the scooter riders seem...More

I love this place, traditional, amazing corners and palaces, lovely people. U find the best (and sometimes the worse) of this wonderful and chaotic city. Walk and ask and you will be surprised by this place. Simplemente hermoso.

Really exciting. Small shops and small restaurants with too many people and so lovely ambiance. Multi cultural revolution I must say ..

This was my second visit to this incredible pizzeria! Both visits I have not booked a table but may be recommended when in large groups. Very reasonably priced, it was about €15 for high end pizza, beer, water and cover charge.

If you go for a walk you will experience the different styles, cultures and values of this astonishing city. Absolutely recommended. Look also for side streets where you have plenty of artisans which offer the famous ‚presepi‘.

It is fun to walk the street and see all these shops with hand made product. many shops are cheap, but i don't know how much safe is to walk there at night. we did it around 16:00 and you need like 2 hours.

We were there rather late, several evenings, and many shops were still open. Different shops close at different times, but restaurants, bars, dessert bakeries, etc. were open late. Hope this helps.
