this is most certainly the place to sit and people watch. The Italians have such style and you can absorb the atmosphere sitting here with a glass of wine or a Peroni

Main square in Sorrento. Surrounded by bars, coffee shops, restaurants and is always busy and can be very noisy with traffic going through it. Saying that though, we loved to sit at one of the bars (Fauno) for a drink and people watch.

Love Piazza Tasso. Its lively and vibrant. the centre of all happening in sorrento day and night. Especially go to Bar Syrenous and Bar Ercolanum our favourite bars on the square and good to people watch and see the world go by.

A busy, bustling typically Italian square at the heart of Sorrento, bordered with restaurants and bars which are equally busy and often overpriced. You can easily sit for hours people watching, or as we did, traffic watching, as Italian drivers are something else! Anyone with...More

Bustling city center! Great restaurants and shops all down it’s narrow alleys. Near train station. But be careful the cars and scooters are crazy!
