Stopped here on walking tour. Beautiful historical church that was originally burned down by a Turkish invasion. Just so much history. Def stop and see when in Sorrento.

Was lucky enough to visit during a wedding where everything was stunningly decorated. Don't forget to go downstairs where it is really what it is all about

The basilica is of a great importance for the city as it is dedicated to the city's saint: Sant Antonino, who protected it many years ago against enemies.

As soon as you enter this basilica a peaceful, easy feeling surrounds you. A must for everyone, even if like me, you are not religious.
