Chef and both assistants were very knowledgeable and well versed in how to teach on hand cooking lesson. Highly recommended. Paella came out fantastic.

Fantastically fun day to celebrate international paella day! Delicious paella, with wine and dessert included. Marvellous people and excellent tuition from the chefs and the translator, Maria. Included a tour of the beautiful market. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our paella experience and especailly appreciated the inside hints that we received about making an authentic paella. The course is well-organized, fun, and very filling! Well done
