The rocky mountain catch your eye from the beginning. The hiking path is nice, upper part can be tricky for not-so-sporty people. Good shoes are a must! Also, I visited Ifach day after heavy rain and the rocks were slippery. However you can see all...More

Amazing views- but wear decent shoes and take food and drink. Took us 4 hours from bottom to top and back with rests.

Amazing views on different locations when climbing the rock. You can choose how high you go, the higher you go the more amazing and stunning the views get! Make sure you wear good shoes.

This is a lovely short walk round the base of the Penyl D’Ifach for those, like us, who are unable or not brave enough to clmb to the top. For cat lovers, lots of cats live there and they all look very well cared for....More

I read a few reviews before doing ‘the rock’ and they nearly put me off. Is it a hard climb? No. Is it for the faint-hearted? Probably not. But if you’ve done any climbing in the lakes or Scotland there’s certainly nothing to fear. Really...More

It took us about 1 1/2 hours to get from the parking lot to the top. Medium difficulty. Wear good hiking shoes and bring plenty of water. The view from the top is well worth the effort. Free entrance.

We walked as far as the top of the cave which was well worth it. The walk to that point is manageable in trainers and there is a rope/chain to assist through the cave/tunnel. Beyond that I didn’t feel equipped to go any further -...More

Sorry, we went in June when it was very hot but I should think it would be pleasant in December.

I think I would agree with the previous answer. Going through the tunnel itself was tricky as it is steep and the rocks are very slippery. There is a rope handrail which is very helpful both going up and coming down the... More
