We were staying at Moraira & decided to drive up to Calpe to have a closer look at the famous rock. After wandering in the historic quarter, taking a few photos, we headed down to the promenade to stroll about, take a few photos of...More

Lovely long pretty promenade with bars and cafes all along the way. Shops where you can get parasols and chairs from too as it is 15 Euros a day for the sunbeds on the beach

You can stroll along the promenade here for around a kilometre or so, right beside the sandy beach. The town lies to your west/south and the Penyon de Ifach to your east/north. At the roundabout where the road comes closest to the sea, at the...More

The Promenade goes along the beach for nearly a mile. The closest Mcdonalds is only a few blocks inland from the promenade at one point, so it depends entirely where you are on the Promenade as to how far it would be.
