Despite all of the reviews that declare this as a tourist trap, we visited. Unfortunately they have tried to enhance a natural waterway by adding extra water channels and waterfalls and pave the footpath beside the falls and pools. This destroys what could be a natural wonder. Swimming was prohibited when we visited.

Lovely place to cool down on a hot summer day - beautiful water and scenery, plenty of space for everyone even on a busy weekend. Pack rock shoes and mosquito repellent (especially in the evening) and do try to find all the swimming places - we ended up missing one beautiful pool and regretted it massively! Read a lot of reviews about the rocks and panicked before going, but with a bit of care and good shoes there is no danger of injury! Water clear enough to see where the big rocks are, and at least one pool deep enough to swim properly.

Short walk from the car park and reasonable entry prices. Going in November we were surprised at the great weather and temperature of the water. A lovely walk up the side of the waterfalls. Would take around 20 minutes to fast walk to the top. Not suitable for wheelchair users or people who can't do many stairs. There is a platform for jumping from and a rope to help you back out, further up is a nicer place for a photo opportunity and the chance to walk in the water. Take water shoes as the rocks are slippy. Toilets available half way. Beautiful place to spend a couple of hours

Great place to visit when the weather is good. Very nice waterfalls and possibilities to get into the water. Temperature of the water was pretty ok.

What a complete waste of time. This place could be lovely, but requires a large amount of maintenance. Some of the steps (and there are a lot) have handrails missing with the gap being filled by a flimsy piece of striped tape. Most of the pools were closed off to the public and no attempt had been made to make the place in the least bit visitor friendly. Don't waste your time or money.
