A very pleasant small park to wander through/sit awhile in, shaded by huge trees. Children's play area was popular too. Lots of these parks dotted about in Murcia city, so nice to come across these in the bustle of the traffic.

Trees with massive roots. Very unusual and stunning. A small park but very interesting. Cranes nest in the treetops and as we stayed at the hotel next door, on the top floor, we could watch them

Stay at the splendid Catalonia Conde de Floridablanca hotel right beside the gardens and you will be able to enjoy the spectacular buttress roots of the ancient trees as you walk to and from the city centre

This is one of the few parks in town. In the garden you can find some of the biggest ficus you can see in the area. It is a place to walk around in a sunny day.
