Toledo and Segovia Tour with Alcazar Entrance from Madrid

1 016 reviews
Visiting both Toledo and Segovia in a day from Madrid is near impossible without a car rental and some serious time management. On this trip, you get to see both cities as a guide charts their history, minus the stress of organizing transport. Plus, you’re certain of seeing the key sights, including Toledo’s Primada Cathedral, and Segovia’s Roman aqueduct and Alcazar. Ideal if you’re pressed for time and want a day out of Madrid.

We did the “La fuga de Casanova” room and it was fantastic. Good puzzles, friendly staff and well designed. It was my first escape room and I’m eager to try again.

Sunday morning, we have an 11.30h reservation, but the employers are late and we have to wait on the street for them to arrive with keys. Attention to client minimal and messy, a very chaotic beginning while the young staff sort themselves out. Once inside, the rooms aren't ready and we wait another 15 minutes for them to prepare everything, I notice the other group started their experience with a 30 minutes delay. The kids had a good time in the Casanova room but report that there were two broken things that the staff member glazed over hoping they won't notice. They completed the challenge in 40 minutes, perhaps they would have enjoyed a more challenging one better. Considering everything I find the experience overpriced and we will not be going back there for sure unless the staff raise their game.

We had a really fun time trying to solve the Don Quijote mystery (which we failed to solve). We had 3 kids with us ages 12, 10 and 8 and they found it really fun as well. We'll definitely do it again.
