We got to see some Picasso which was the highlight. The layout of the building is a bit confusing and not conducive to logical walking (non-linear).

You'll need most of a day to see round the extensive spaces in this terrific building. A colleague remarked that it looks like it was designed by SMEG, but all the same, it's hugely impressive. Multiple buildings, exhibits, floors, beautiful stonework in places, an outdoor...More

It’s a fabulous place but a bit overwhelming due to its size. Take a tour. We loved the beauty of Picasso, Dali, Magritte etc. Not to be missed whilst in Madrid.

Nicely designed and well organised museum. The exhibits are interesting and rich. One needs time to see and absorb everything.

This museum is the home of the Guernica, which was the most impressive piece of art i have ever seen. The building is also amazing; just love it! Will return

The gem is of course Guernica from Pablo Picasso, but I strongly suggest to have a deep look to the rest of the permanent collection: Dalì, Magritte, Picasso.... breathless experience

Hallo, you can rent an audio guide for extra 4.5 euro. I dont think you need to line for that. If you book a room at Novotel, for free they provide a pad with internet connection. You can carry it with you while sightseeing... More
