Walking about 15 miles a day for a week, we completed 100 miles of the Camino. Great countryside and very friendly people. For example, a school class along side the road to interview the travelers.

We waked from oia to Antiago, 6 of us stopped in some great hotels along the way. Walked 148k in 7 days a must to put on your bucket list.

The Camino de Santiago surpassed any expectations I had. The walking was superb, scenery ever changing and the people were incredibly friendly. This really is a life changing experience. Loved every minute of it!

Weather was sometimes rainy and quite cold. However there were sunny mornongs as well. Very nice experience for medieval hiking.

I took a bus until Pamplona, from there, in the same bus station, you can take another bus to Saint Jean Pied de Port.

the currency is Euros, we never paid a great deal even in remote spots, there were 4 of us and it averaged about 4-5 Euros, great value for money:)
