My understanding is that this is part of the "Pilgrims' Mass" so look for the schedule of the Pilgrims' Mass. The Pilgrim Mass is usually held daily at 12 noon at the high alter in Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, as well as a second pilgrim mass at 19.30pm. I was there on a Sunday.
