Outstanding information in the museum. It's a true feat of engineering that a tower built this long ago has stood the test of time. Definitely worth the time to see and explore

There is lots of very interesting information available in museum style of the history of this fascinating lighthouse. You can buy a ticket to enter the lighthouse and climb to the top of the Torre from the Visitor's Centre which is a few hundred metres...More

Sadly it was overcast when we visited because a monument of such stature really deserved a blue sky backdrop. Wished we had had time to visit the interior because I’m sure it had lots of interesting tales to tell.

The Tower of Hercules is definitely the most iconic landmark of A Coruña, the views from the tower are breathtaking thanks to the Tower's location on a hill pushing into the sea. In general a nice place to walk around and do a short hike...More

Dodge the tour groups and even walk off the road and follow the track and get some super photographic angles.e .New restaurant on the adjoining headland and accessible via cable car as well as a road to drive up is worth the effort.

We went to this site on a misty day where we couldn’t see it for any great length of time, however it’s well work the walk to see it.
