Definitely worth a visit. Surprisingly large site with lots of rooms and corridors to explore, some partial statuary. Really gives you a sense of the enormity of the Roman circus.

Much bigger and more interesting than you would expect it to be at first sight. You can easily spend an hour here. Definitely worth it.

Difficult to get a true impression of the circus because the surrounding buildings have encroached so much. There are bits of wall here and there so it's hard to appreciate the scale of the original

Viewed during a Travellers' Centruy Club arranged tour You really need a guide to interpret the site and how the site changed over the centuries.

This is the second best site in my view in tarragona. We spent an hour walking in and on the walls. Entry fee is low. we wre there at dusk which made the views even more impressive

Exceptional value especially when included in the attractions you can visit on a tourist special ticket. Great views from the tower and it’s mind boggling just how much is still standing after all this time. The Romans sure know how to build! Good displays inside...More

You need to go inside to appreciate the true extent of this complex. You can see quite a lot from the outside but not everything. The tunnels were amazing.

Do not expect to find a Roman circus with their quadrigas. But you will find a wider tunnel which goes below the old grandstands an d one of the circus towers. The archaeological site is even better than the Circus of Rome and gives you...More
