Got here by accident after visiting Barcelona Cathedral at the Barri Gotic, just a few steps after passing the Bishop’s Bridge. Unlike any other souvenir shops in the area, this one is a classy. Bought my self a large hand painted mosaic decorative horse designed by Barcino.

When I was in Barcelona, I bought four hand painted glasses and a spoon rest. It cost $80 to ship them to California. I spent about $200 total. I was told they would arrive within 4 weeks. It's been almost 2 months now. These items never arrived. I've attempted to email/contact the store several times, with no response. I guess I'm just out $200.…

Hi. I'm Toni, 2Bis´s owner store. I was surprised by your comment. This is the first time than we know about your incidence. I don´t understand how before you haven´t contact us to try to solve the problem. I have spoken with UPS and they have told me that the package is held at US customs. If you don´t reclaim by mail to us, we don´t know ij you had received it. (We suppose it) We ship 1 or 2 packages a week, and this is the first time this has happened to us. We usually resend the product again, and we demand UPS to return the package, despite not being at fault, but we assume. But you have not done it correctly. We were wandering through Barcelona's Gothic Quarter when we came across this intriguing shop. It was the paper mache figures in the window that immediately took our interest, particularly the large one of John Wayne. It really is a great shop inside full of some wonderful ceramic items, we bought one, and other authentic Spanish crafts. i visit this shop when i was taking round in Barcelona.it is average and the price around 25-30% higher than other souvenirs shops.

Hi, I'm Toni. Thank you for your opinion, but we are just disagree in one thing with you, not to consider the normal shop, but that is the high prices. We are not pretend to be a "souvenir" shop with items made in China, if not a handicraft store. In our shop you will find crafts that one doesn´t found in any part of the city, so you can´t compare. We are a reference store for Barcelona´s citizens, and they never considered us an expensive store, if not DIFFERENT. Thanks again.
