At the end of April 2016 I purchased a bag at IRIS shop. I was told by the seller that all bags were handmade and that leather used for the bag was made with natural colour and was washable. Some months later I came across identical bags (including colour) found in several shops in Venice for 3-4 times less the price I had paid. I could verify that bags were all made of genuine leather. I also noticed that internal linen was exactly the same and that my bag did not hold any distinctive label of IRIS design and did not mention where it was made. I contacted IRIS and sent a full set of pictures but no satisfactory answer was provided - they just pretended that the bags in Venice were imitations, which is very hard to believe. I do not exclude that excellent bags are sold at IRIS, just be careful and check attentively labels. In my case I actually felt fooled.…

Considering the fact that the bag has a good quality, as she herself recognize, we can not take care of all the imitations that exist in the world, clearly, there are only cheaper imitations.

Super quality leather handbags. Owner was charming. Bought two small crossover body handbags. One was a present and went down a treat, the other is for me. Both will get a lot of use. A lovely reminder from hols in Barcelona.

Came across this boutique while wondering around streets in El Born. Very friendly owner and ended up buying a navy blue leather handbag. Absolutely love the quality of the soft leather and unique colour. Unable to find quality like this in Canada so will cherish this item for many years. Do stop and browse in this lovely shop.…
