This is one of the oldest palaces in Valladolid. It was built in the 15th century. It is one of the main buildings of the University of Valladolid. The facade is beautiful and in the inside, there is an awesome chapel with a statue of Christ.

The city has quite a few beautiful buildings that just pop up, seemingly out of nowhere. Nice plaza in front, with flowers blooming, despite the 35 degree weather. Just a nice place to sit and observe the beautiful building and watch people pass by.

Palacio de Santa Cruz in Valladolid, Spain is an Early-Renaissance landmark that has beautiful architecture located in a beautiful square. Go inside and you will be amazed by the interior.

I stayed in a guest room there at the invitation of the University of Valladolid. The room was fine, but the breakfast was rather meager - we ate with the students. The people working there were very nice and accommodating. The front building is the offices of the University administration, and they have a remarkable library with first editions of books by Isaac Newton and many others. If they give you a tour of the books, it is very interesting. The building itself is nice, but not remarkable.…

Stayed here several times on way to Costa del Sol, pretty fancy run hotel, swimming pool, nice wines, lots of home cooked food, has a great entrecôte tonight, lovely people, nice Town, sitting on terrace now, our dog Leon playing with a young boy by the pool, private secure parking, nearly midnight, wonderful temperature, a great stop off and better than that, can’t recommend it enough.
