A lovely city, good sights and good food. Architecture is amazing. Tapas bars are great Easy to walk around, enjoy a lovely train ride around the centre.

Like most in northern Spain, has old architecture and quaint streets and cafes. Did not find the food choices in any of these northern Spain areas as exciting as southern Spain.

We spent a relaxing morning enjoying the narrow lanes and small open squares of Leon. There are some lovely old buildings and lots of bars and restaurants available if you need a break.
