Small entrance fee through the door on the side of the building. Cloisters are two-level and magnificent. The church is very plain. The gargoyles, garden, and spires are very photogenic. If my review was helpful, please click on "yes." Thanks.

We were expecting more from the intended resting place of Ferdinand & Isabella. The church and the cloister do not represent the glory of Spain. Only worth seeing if you are staying in Toledo for more than a day or if you bought a Toledo...More

It's a very beautiful church like many others in Spain and Europe. While beautiful, a couple things that just weren't for me were the audio guide, which was just toooo detailed. If you want to know what seemed like the every single thing you could...More

take the RENFE AVE train - gets you to Toledo in 30 minutes - however the train station is chaotic if you don't know Spanish. It is straightforward and the beauty of the place and the panoramic view point is just fulfilling experience. They do...More

Simple quiet chapel that was supposed to be the resting place of the Catholic monarchs with an awe-inspiring 2-story courtyard with beautifully colored wood ceilings, filigreed arches and gargoyles hanging out from the upper level. Definitely worth a visit.

Stopped here first. The monastery is small but plenty to see. The cloisters are gorgeous with great art on the ceilings. Again buy the wristband for 9 euros and see all the historic sites of Toledo minus alcazar and cathedral

My wife and I ended up buying the "tourist bracelet" for 9eur in Toledo (7 places) which was worth it given most places are 3eur a visit. So we went and did all the places. The monastery was one of the highlights of the trip....More

We didn’t see any taxi area near the Monastery. It is a pleasant, short walk back to the Plaza. There is a lot to see on the walk back too. The walk back is mostly downhill.

We bought the multiple sight ticket for 6 or 7 Euros. Worth it if you are going to all the sites on the tickrt as it will save you a few Euros.
