Go here only if you are a fan of El Greco's work otherwise it is a waste of time to visit this waste place. Substantial lack of cleanliness everywhere.

I don’t wish to be unkind by giving this such a poor rating … but really! If you turn left upon entering the convent, then you will find yourself in a nice, white-painted chapel with a fine El Greco painting. But – having appreciated the...More

It may be the oldest convent in Toledo and it may indeed house 1 El Greco; but the experience of visiting its hideous little museum with decaying bone relics of little known saints was costly from an emotional point of view. I couldn't get out...More

The museo doesn't have the interactive bells and whistles of modern museums - that is, it's an 'old-fashioned' style museum with cabinets and artifacts. yet, there's good reason to make a stop here if you have time. We particularly studied the El Grecos at the...More

A must see if you like El Greco... or even if you only want to know more about El Greco. It's not the actual house, but it's still a great attraction. Well worth a visit.
