This 12th century church is all but impressive. Nowadays, it serves as the museum of Visigothic cultures (free of charge, thankfully). The dullness of the museum effects the church, which looks rather run-down. Skip this one.

Very good example of Muslim architecture in a Christian church. Small museum exhibit that is interesting. Frescos were uncovered during renovation and are beautiful.

Tucked away behind one of Toledo’s labyrinthine streets, the San Roman Church provides an excellent example of 13th century Mudéjar architecture. It has a beautiful interior with high-quality frescos. It’s not very large, but is well worth a few moments of anyone’s time.

Not a big church, but like the Mezquita in Cordoba, it combines Moorish influences and Christian decorations. Worth a visit.
