Interesting modern art museum building by Hertzog & Meuron architects. There is also a public library inside. When I visited this museum the exhibitions were not so interesting but the building itself is fine. Nice that Santa Cruz has this kind of culture center.

This is a wonderful place to visit. Central location but quiet and relaxing inside. New art exhibits all the time and best of all a beautiful library and study space that is free to use all the time.

We were impressed by the architectural design of the building and the fact that is carries a low profile on the skyline yet provides enough space for a huge library and two galleries for exhibits. The use of black exterior with white interior materials works...More

Like many modern art galleries, you do take a chance with what's on offer. But the Oscar Dominguez exhibition we saw was wonderful, the building itself is worth seeing, and one of the other two exhibitions was certainly interesting. Good service and decent, reasonably priced...More
