I went there once but it is a great beach and good for families with little kids. The story of getting the golden sand from West Sahara is very interesting since it is one of the few golden beaches in Tenerife.

Lovely beach with imported Saharan sand about 7km from Santa Cruz. Safe bathing for children. Very clean. Good little bar/cafe serving decent snacks and providing sun loungers and parasols for E10.

The beach is quite far from the south and like 15 min from Santa Cruz, however the beach is a good option. Enjoy tenerife!!!
