There are loads of public buses that go to Loro Parque it is only a few minutes walk away. I walked it plenty of times and it’s a 6 minute walk from the town harbour. Don’t be tempted to follow the sea front wall as nice as it looks it is very rough walking with a huge section missing so you’ll take even longer with a detour.
