Taoro Park is without doubt, my favourite place to visit in Puerto de la Cruz. Set high over the town with great views and so peaceful. There is also a cafe where you can have a snack or a coffee and enjoy your surroundings.

This park is very restful. Once you've done the climb, you're rewarded with beautiful views over the city and of the sea and there are several fountains at the top. There is also a café where you can take refreshments.

Paula, the new vicar, set up the Sound System in the Church on a Wednesday at Communion so I could hear everything that was said. Much appreciated.

If like me, you are over 60 & not that fit, then the climb up the parque may not be for you. Interesting views over the town & a good cafe at the top.
