Reference our boat trip on 01/01/2002 which as you will know was aborted aftrer a very rough sea caused all of the passengers some discomfort and a very thorough wetting At first we were told that it was too rough & promised a refund 30 mins later we were found and told that it was not so rough now and we could go Your Captain was in my opinion - as a qualified sailing skipper myself - was at fault for endangering all of the passengers – no lifejackets were mentioned or made available to us And he apparently lost the foresail sheet which was the beginning of all of our problems – it really was much too rough for a pleasure trip Although the Skipper was constantly in contact by radio and mobile phone to the shore no one was waiting for all of us drowned rats at your base on our return apart from a couple of salesmen who apparently had no Idea what action to take - the Captian had nothing to say to us ! Att. See your order form and a picture of my wife wet through and hanging on tight to winch ropes and getting very wet Needless to say we did not take part in any of the food & drinks package No refund received after many e-m !!!!!!!

4.5 hour sale from Colon to Los Gigantes We were met with photographer as we boarded very bossy young lady not happy when you tried to refuse them Then with a charge of 10 Euros per person charge for sun beds that we hadn’t been told about when advised where to sit not very nice start We did see whales and dolphins that made up for some of it Enjoyed the sale up to Los Gigantes would recommend looking into other trips first

We went on boat trip with Captain John Cooper! Best boat trip every. We seen whales and dolphins, kids had a great time diving off the boat when we stopped & to top it of John showed us some lovely spots we might have over looked. Our very own tour guide! Well worth every penny!

Such a lush experience! We set out right on time, and found some whales near instantly. The new Captain John was fantastic in so many ways- I deeply appreciate that as soon as he realised there were baby whales around, he left them be, his biggest concern was respect for the wildlife we went to meet, which was a real relief to sail with a responsible captain. He was full of many interesting facts about where we were, and was amazing with the small kids on board. A really great experience, especially in comparison to the impersonal Royal Dolphin ride I'd been on before. I only wish we'd had longer to swim at the beach, as it felt like it was straight in and out again. Would suggest extending the trip just a touch as a fair amount is spent in travelling. 1 more hour would really boost it! Greedy ;) Thanks lovely humans, see you next time!

We got picked up from our hotel on the morning and taken down to the boat. The lady that collected us was very lovely and sorted everything out once we were there. There were only 5 tourists on the boat which was lovely, nice and quiet. Within 20 minutes of being on the water we saw dolphins and it was incredible. John the captain made sure we all had our phones and cameras out and were able to take plenty of pictures. Then a little while later we found the pilot whales. John told us a little bit about them which was also interesting. After that we stopped for a bit of food and snorkelling. Overall Captain John was amazing. Very friendly and hospitable making sure everyone had plenty of drinks it was a magical experience.
