A great view of waves crashing up the face of the lava and into the caves which can be viewed at different angles.

A place I really wanted to visit and in the end, stumbled upon it by accident driving back to Playa Blanca from El Golfo. It really took our breath away, in an age when it takes a lot to do such a thing! I recommend...More

We had Los Hervideros on our list of places to visit whilst in Lanzarote. Thank goodness we did! Walking around the 'lunar landscape' ( as I called it) you do need sensible footwear and may be too difficult for anyone who may be a little...More

On the road to El Golfo, stop at the sign for Los Hervideros. A really interesting rock feature created by the power of the sea and the waves. Also hats off to Lanzarote Tourism for the way in which they’ve created the walkways to view.

What a stunning place. Great platforms and beautiful landscape. Well worth a visit. It was quite busy, and can imagine how hectic it must be in tourist season

Located near Playa Blanca on the coast near El Golfo. These lava tunnels were made spectacular by the rough sea that was breaking onto the shore at that time.

We both enjoyed the walk around the inlets with the waves rushing in. Platforms had been created to ensure good views. It was busy though despite it being January. We actually enjoyed a similar geological formation at the other side of the island near Mala...More

We stopped here whilst touring the island. There is free parking and you get too see how the volcanic eruption had sculpted the landscape. Was nice to stand and watch the waves crash against the rocks.

Well worth stopping for a look, especially when the tides in. No entry fee, so why wouldn't you? Easy to park, good walking, even though I use a walking stick.

This is a very spectacular stretch of coastline where the waves crash into rugged cliffs and natural caves. Nice stretch of trails built around the area with nice views Well worth a stop on the way to Golfo, especially when the waves are high.
