Part of it in in an old monastery so its extremely peaceful inside. Some excellent relics and historical things in it. And it’s nearly empty of people. So we really enjoyed it.

San Sebastian is a very beautiful city, with really nice 19 cent architecture, cared for facades, etc...so putting this glass cube on a prime location by the Zurriola beach and in front of beautiful houses isn't something I'd do.

The place is very important historically and because it hosts Sen Sebastian Film Festival. It situated extremely attractively on the ocean shore, but the architecture of it and the way of its maintainance could be better.

I thought that this 1999 modern multistory convention center and auditorium stands out like a sore thumb just over the bridge that connects the old and new sections of San Sebastian. The building features two giant translucent-crystal cube-like structures. They do not blend at all...More
By day just a pair of big blocks - by night the covering of opaque glass panels allow the light to shine out and the blocks take on a different lighter perspective.
The setting by the surfer beach is awesome.
