My wife wanted to visit here but I wasn't that bothered. I'm glad she persuaded me. It was fascinating. Not just because of the history behind ceramics but the additional historical information about Seville that was included, especially Flamenco. I learnt more here about Seville...More

Had not initially intended to visit this site but so glad we did, a proper little hidden gem. It is an engaging little museum in the Triana district of Seville which almost doubles as an archeological site with several centuries-old brick-lined kilns and other paraphernalia....More

Worth a visit if you love ceramics and tile. A small museum, but enjoyed watching video of workers who made ceramics the old fashioned way and seeing the beautiful tile and ceramics. Interesting learning about how they were made.

We liked the exhibits and learned a lot. We have been to several ceramic museums, many repeatedly. The building design is a pleasure. However, the air conditioner was broken or under-performing. We hurried through the last third because of the heat.

We went in by chance for something to do whilst waiting for some stores to open from 'siesta' and we loved it. There were excellent explanations of the pottery process (not boring) and some lovely examples of tiles etc. The entry fee is cheap and...More

We went to this museum as something different and were pleasantly surprised at the well-done exhibits. We learned a lot about ceramics, especially about the firing ovens. Also the information about the culture of Triana, which has been so intertwined with the tile-making industry over...More
