As the title suggests this was a locals recommendation.
We dropped in quite late for lunch, for us, but the bar was still busy with mainly locals.
The older barman was not interested in serving us, but the younger one was friendly and helpful.

If you want an authentic Spanish bar this is it, but don't expect a warm friendly welcome. Great atmosphere and good wine and sherry, we didn't eat at all & were not offered nuts, olives etc with our drinks.

Really enjoyed our visit here. A very rustic looking place with the wine casks in the back bar with the seating. Everything is presented so well when the bring the food. I will define try be back here on my next visit.
