For any reasonably fit person, this is not a hard climb. Many of the views on the way up are better than at the top and there are little alcoves with interesting history about how the tower was built, the bells etc. along the way...More

Gentle inclines up the 30 odd ramps to the bells at the top . Great views over Seville. A must do , and all included in the triple ticket for the Cathedral and El Salvador church.

This is a fine monument, a global heritage and rightly so but it's better admired from the outside, climbing won't add much value particularly since it can get very crowded and the views though good aren't amazing. So save your legs and take it in...More

We learned about the tower via a walking tour which gave us lots of information. We had bought tickets online in advance which was worth it. It was quite hard work ascending the 34 ramps and 17 steps to the top! The views were brilliant...More

This must climb is a great ascend with only 17 stairs and one steep path to heaven. When arrived at the top you will be rewarded with a superb view in a case you could gain a place between all Chinese tourists. Just absorb the...More

I understand now why this magnificent building was nominated years ago to be one of the new world's new wonders. It is a "must" see.

One side of the Giralda was covered in scaffolding so our views were limited. Take your time to appreciate the views from the tower and don't let people push you out of the way.

I enjoyed more the timetable and pictures in the museum than the view on top. You can't see much from top since the last floor was closed.

The Giralda affords a fantastic view of Seville from the top and is itself a lovely sight! It’s easier to climb than most towers as it has no steps!!! You ascend by a series of slopes:-)
